Custom software · automation

If a task is done the same way every week, it can be automated.

We build solutions for repetitive, manual, and broken processes: isolated workflows, reports rebuilt monthly, or disconnected systems. We evaluate your process, provide an honest assessment of whether custom software is the right answer, and if so, build the most efficient tool for the job.

What we build

We focus on solving operational bottlenecks rather than adhering to rigid categories.

Scheduled Processes

Monthly reports, weekly exports, quarterly reconciliations. If a task requires a recurring calendar reminder and a spreadsheet, it can usually be automated.

System Integration

Connecting your CRM and accounting package, or a supplier portal and your ERP. We bridge systems that hold critical data but fail to communicate.

Categorization at Scale

Classifying, sorting, and extracting unstructured data. This is where language models provide genuine value, and where we implement them.

Institutional Knowledge Risks

Complex spreadsheets maintained by a single person. That is a critical operational risk, not a sustainable system. We replace these with robust software.

Project phases

  1. 01

    Problem description

Send us a brief explanation of your manual process and its approximate cost in hours or errors.

  2. 02

    Assessment and fixed price

We determine if a custom build is necessary and provide a fixed price upfront. If an existing software solution already meets your needs, we will tell you.

  3. 03

    Delivery and handover

We deliver fully functional, documented software running on your infrastructure. No endless pilot phases—just a finished product.

Our approach to AI

Much of what is sold as AI automation is a basic script with an unnecessary language model attached. We use AI strictly for what it excels at: reading unstructured text, classifying data, and extracting structure from documents.

For tasks where accuracy is non-negotiable, we use deterministic code. Knowing when to apply AI and when to use traditional software engineering is the core of our approach.

Example tools

See below some examples of tools we can build for your business.

Lead qualification pipeline

Problem
Sorting through thousands of companies in an export to identify viable prospects requires extensive manual review.
Built
We built a pipeline that reads each company's description, classifies it by industry, filters out poor fits, and ranks the remaining leads by expected value. The AI handles classification, while deterministic code handles ranking.
Result
An unsorted export is automatically converted into a prioritized queue, eliminating wasted outreach.

Content assembly pipeline

Problem
The logistics of writing—researching, drafting, and formatting—often consume more time than the actual authoring.
Built
A pipeline that gathers source material and generates initial drafts based on a fixed brief and style guide. A human remains responsible for editing and publishing.
Result
A blank page is replaced by a structured first draft, significantly accelerating content production.
